Returns are accepted only within seven days of your receiving the product. To start a return, please email us at BondageBreakersOutreach@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you further instructions promptly. After we accept the return, then you will be asked to take steps to ship your return, please refrain from sending us returns without a return acceptance. Proof of purchase is required, in new or unsused condition, with all of the original product inserts and accessories present. We will inspect all returned items and will refund or replace the item(s) depending on the condition of the item(s).
